An incredibly rare and highly attractive 1940s Gallet Flying Officer Truman Black Dial Steel Clamshell Chronograph Valjoux 150 Wristwatch. Stainless steel case and bezel are in excellent condition and has retained its original crown. Some expected light overall wear in keeping with age and usage. 34.5mm case is fully marked and stamped as shown. Low dome plexi crystal is mint. The original radium Swiss signed "Truman" Gallet dial is in absolutely phenomenal condition. Some patina in keeping with age and usage. Gallet signed Venus 150 manual wind movement has been serviced.
