The AMSEC UL1812X extra deep fire and impact safe will keep your papers and other valuables safe from fire.

AMSEC's UL listed UL1812X will withstand a roaring fire up to 1850 degrees F for two full hours - and then a 30-foot fall, which is equivalent to falling from the second story. Hard to beat that! In terms of security, the AMSEC UL1812X Fire Safe has a strong 3 ½” Thick recessed door with 5/8” thick front for excellent pry resistance. The locking mechanism is handle-activated with two 7/8” in diameter solid steel locking bolts.

On the front of the UL 1812X fire safe comes a UL approved group II key-changeable mechanical combination dial lock. You can also upgrade your lock to the ESL5 Electronic Lock. Both locks will be protected with a Auxiliary Spring-Loaded relocking device.

There are three available textured color options for the AMSEC UL1812X fire safe. The safe comes with a chrome Hardware drop-down l-shape turn handle. Both color options come with 1” rubber feet on the bottom of the safe.

The interior of the AMSEC UL1812X comes with one fabric lined shelf that can be adjusted or removed.

The American Security UL1812X fire safe is protected by a LIFETIME FREE REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE. This assures the owner free replacement of a safe that is damaged beyond repair by a fire. The safe will be replaced with a current production model of comparable value. The damaged safe must be returned to the factory, freight prepaid, within 30 days of the fire with a proper fire report.
