Carl the Turtle is a giant reusable glow stick that can be charged time and time again and will never wear out. He has zero batteries, bulbs or liquids. Simply expose to any light source, the longer the brighter, including the sun, lamp, overhead lights, flashlight, ultraviolet (UV) light etc. and Carl the Turtle will glow for hours.
Once Carl the Turtle starts to lose his shine, simply give him a quick boost from any light source, and maybe a joke or two, and his glow will return for hours.
