introduced the very first analog G-Shock  GWF-A1000 Series with ISO 200m diver-level water resistance capabilities, dressed up in the theme of the Borneo rainbow toad, a very rare toad that was out of the world's sight but rediscovered in the year 2011 that inhabits Borneo. 

Based on the new Casio G-Shock Frogman GWF-A1000 design, which has kept the asymmetrical design, removed all traditional digital elements in exchange for a retro physical hour and minute hand analog impression! 

The stainless steel bezel is etched with depression spots and finished with rainbow ion plating (IP) to re-create the real look of a Borneo rainbow toad. The IP on each piece of this model is unique from the other, thus making each one of them even rarer and collectible. 

The fluoroelastomer band is dirt-resistant and has a low water absorption coefficient, and the band ring is made of an even harder fluoroelastomer. The result is a band and ring that can stand up to some of the toughest environments imaginable. In this particular model, the colorway of the bands, as well as the face and metal screw parts, captures the pristine habitat of the rainbow toad.

The GWF-A1000 featured a new module that has the always-connected Bluetooth system; A Connected app can be downloaded to a smartphone and linked with the watch. Of course, Casio’s famous Tough Solar and Radio-controlled Watch with Multiband 6 is a must!
