The Interpretation:
The Kundalini is untapped energy at the base of the spine that can be drawn up through the body awakening each of the seven chakras. Enlightenment occurs when this energy reaches the crown chakra at the top of the head. "Awakening Kundalini" is symbolic of that energy surge in its beginning stages when its like a volcano building up steam. Note: Rising kundalini can be very intense in some people, especially if it's brought on by trauma or a near death experience. A trained yoga teacher would be the best choice for someone interested in raising their kundalini energy deliberately. The benefits would be clearing out blockages, and enhancing our ability to channel energy.

Energy art for me happens when I turn off my brain, connect with the Source and allow the positive energies of reiki, light and love to flow through me and into the image in the form of light, colors and patterns. It's a very intuitive and fluid creative process.
